About Me

My interests in real estate began when I worked with an interior designer whose specialty was refurbishing old homes with “good bones” back to their original splendor. I was fascinated how small adjustments within a floor plan can make huge improvements to the livability of a home. The blend of history and architecture along with current home trends took hold of my heart and this began my immersion into real estate. I soon became a licensed Realtor and started helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.

I love my work. From guiding first time home buyers through the home buying process, to working with the seasoned investor in analyzing a rental property, I am able to help my clients make critical informed decisions by arming them with essential knowledge and tools. I negotiate in a “firm fair and friendly” manner to get the best deal for my clients. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful process and I find that I can help alleviate some of the stress and make it an exciting journey.

In my spare time, I fix up and rent out investment properties. I find that I’m still drawn to the “diamond in the rough” and search for homes with good bones in need of a little tender loving care. I love learning how to fix or improve things, but have learned the hard way that there is a time when I need to call in the professional contractors!
